Looks nice

Package delivered with care by courier (honestly) and I checked it before hand, no sign of dents etc. However when I opened everything up, found that the back board (which is thankfully out of sight) had a split where it has been subjected to weight in box. OK, its out of sight so I could cope with that. I started to put the item together, instructions not brilliant, and found that two of the fittings were missing from the packaging. Rather than mess about contacting the suppliers, I sourced them locally with a little research. Looks nice when put together, but disappointed with everything else. These are issues at manufacturing level, which supplier would be unaware of, but should take up with the importers.

Product damaged and slow after care

The product would be good, it is just a shame the build quality and/or quality control is so poor. Three of the main pieces were damaged on receipt and were clearly that way when they left the factory. This wasn't helped by the fact that the package was damaged in transit and so a further piece was broken. It took two months to get a refund (despite sending through photos of the damage) but when I did speak to Victorian Plumbing they were friendly and responsive.

Lovely item

I bought two of these cupboards and I am very pleased with them. They are of good quality, stylish and have made our bathroom look beautiful. The drawers are nice and deep and the cupboards have moveable shelves so that different heights of products can be accommodated. I would definitely recommend these cupboards.

White Wooden Floor Unit with Drawer

No cupboards at all in the bathroom of our new house. Needed somewhere to house loo rolls, bleach etc. This fits the bill perfectly and the drawer's handy for cotton buds, aspirin, plasters etc too. Assembly instructions are drawn, not written, so it takes a while to decipher. Once erected, strong and svelte - looks lovely! Small problem was that some of the melamine edges were a little grazed and had flaked off, presumably as the various pieces were slid into the package, but we touched them up with correcting fluid and they don't notice!

Great piece of bathroom furniture

Arrived by UPS on the day stated, packed well and everything in the box! Very easy to assemble contrary to some of the reviews on here. It's a very good looking piece of furniture, and a good size. Eg cleaning products fit underneath a shelf, shower gels fit onShelf, and drawer good size to fit toilet rolls etc. would buy again!
