Delivery time-frame can vary depending on the items you have ordered and/or the address specified for delivery.

On average, Standard Pallet deliveries are delivered within approximately 2-7 working days from when an order is placed.

Smaller deliveries that do not require a pallet service take on average, 2-7 working days from when an order is placed.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible but sometimes due to stock levels or other unforeseen reasons, delays can occur. Our website displays real time stock information for each product on our website along with future replenishment dates on items currently not in stock.

To deliver your order to you as soon as possible, please ensure your items are in stock at the time of checkout. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and link to tracking. You will receive further emails once your order has been dispatched by our specialist warehouse team. You can keep up to date with the progress of your order via track your order on the Victorian Plumbing website.

We strongly advise that you do not book plumbers until your goods have arrived and have been checked, as we are not liable for any plumbers costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.

We offer a next-day delivery service to UK mainland delivery addresses on all items currently in stock at our distribution warehouse. Available delivery options will appear once you have calculated your delivery postcode on stage 2 of the checkout. Orders must be fully completed, and all terms and conditions agreed to by no later than 12:00 pm.

We will then aim to deliver your order the next working day. Please remember: We advise customers not to book tradespeople based on the estimated delivery dates.

Unfortunately, we do not offer an installation service. We recommend booking a professional to install purchased goods.

For larger orders arriving on a pallet, the courier will call you in advance to arrange a suitable day for delivery. The driver is instructed to call again 30 minutes prior to arriving on the day of delivery.

All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT and Standard Delivery is available free of charge on all orders over £499 (excl. apply), to UK mainland delivery addresses. Entering your postcode into the 'Calculate Delivery' form within the checkout will provide you with further information. Regarding orders which contain numerous items, only one shipping fee will be charged based on the total weight of the goods.

We use a selection of couriers to enable us to provide you with the best possible delivery service and price for your selected delivery type.
Besides delivering to mainland UK destinations, we also offer international deliveries. We regularly ship goods to various parts of the World including Ireland, Europe, Scandinavia, Australia, and New Zealand.

If all the items in your basket are in stock, Specific Day delivery option is available at checkout. This will allow you to choose a day that suits you. For some delivery types, Specific Day pre 12pm option and Saturday pre 2pm options are also available.
All orders can be collected from our showroom in Formby. Simply choose Collect from Store when prompted for your delivery choice in the checkout process. However, please be aware that our products are housed in an off-site warehouse, and so your product will not be able to collect on the same day you order.
Once you have arranged to Collect From Store, we will contact you to let you know when your items arrive and are ready for collection, to save you from a wasted journey! Please be advised we have introduced a number of social distancing measures to ensure both our team and customers are kept safe.
Our delivery options are dependent on the size of your order. You can choose from standard delivery, pallet delivery options and next day delivery. Please be aware that if you wish to opt for Next Day Delivery, this service operates Monday to Friday only and your order must be completed and confirmed by 12:00pm.
When you take receipt of your order, you are required to give your items a quick check to ensure there are no problems and that you are happy to receive the order. If you notice any missing items or other problems, please contact our customer services team immediately.

On the day of your delivery, drivers will call you up to an hour before arrival wherever possible. For smaller deliveries, the courier may send a text with a time slot on the day of delivery.

Yes, we offer Saturday deliveries! Saturday delivery is available dependant on stock availability and delivery location. Entering your postcode into the 'Calculate Delivery' form within the checkout will provide you with all delivery options available.

If the items in your basket are held in stock at our distribution warehouse, choosing the delivery option 'Specific Day' will allow you to select delivery for a Saturday of your choice.

For our Standard Pallet Delivery service, the courier will contact you once your order has been collected from our warehouse to arrange a suitable date for delivery. On the day of your delivery, drivers will call you up to an hour before arrival wherever possible. For smaller deliveries, the courier may send a text with a time slot on the day of delivery.

We always recommend you try to ensure someone is available at the property to accept delivery. For larger pallet deliveries a signature is required, and if these deliveries are missed, they may require a re-delivery fee.

If you miss your delivery, and the courier has left you a calling card, you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Please contact us here, where our customer service team will be happy to help you.

We can only deliver and accept signatures from the delivery address as per the order.
Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required. Small parcel couriers may leave these with a neighbour if no one is home to accept delivery and leave an appropriate calling card if so.

We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.

We stock everything from Bathroom suites, accessories and radiators to plumbing pipes, fittings and other sundries online, but please be aware that products are not available to take home on the day of purchase at our showroom. If you'd just like to come and have a look at any of our products in person before you buy, then you are more than welcome, but please note that our showroom can only stock a smaller selection of our huge range, so if there is something specific you would like to see, please call ahead. Delivery of larger items can also be arranged in-store.
