Delivery time-frame can vary depending on the items you have ordered and/or the address specified for delivery.
On average, Standard Pallet deliveries now take approximately 2-10 working days from when an order is placed. Smaller deliveries that don’t require a pallet service also follow this 2-10 working day timeframe.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes due to stock levels or other unforeseen reasons, delays can occur. Our website displays real-time stock information for each product, along with future replenishment dates on items currently not in stock.
To ensure speedy delivery, make sure your items are in stock at checkout. Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a tracking link. Reminder: Please don’t book plumbers until your goods have arrived and been checked, as we aren’t liable for any plumbers' costs, consequential loss, or compensation.
Yes, we offer a next-day delivery service to UK mainland delivery addresses on all items currently in stock at our distribution warehouse. Orders must be fully completed, and all terms and conditions agreed to by no later than 12:00 pm.
We will then aim to deliver your order the next working day. Available delivery options will appear once you have calculated your delivery postcode at stage 2 of the checkout.
Next Day Delivery is priced at £44.95.

All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT and Standard Delivery is available free of charge on all orders over £499 (excl. apply), to UK mainland delivery addresses. Entering your postcode into the 'Calculate Delivery' form within the checkout will provide you with further information. Regarding orders which contain numerous items, only one shipping fee will be charged based on the total weight of the goods.
We use a selection of couriers to enable us to provide you with the best possible delivery service and price for your selected delivery type.

Once you have arranged to Collect From Store, we will contact you to let you know when your items arrive and are ready for collection, to save you from a wasted journey! Please be advised we have introduced a number of social distancing measures to ensure both our team and customers are kept safe.

Please be aware that if you wish to opt for Next Day Delivery, this service operates Monday to Friday only, and your order must be completed and confirmed by 12:00 pm.

If the items in your basket are held in stock at our distribution warehouse, choosing the delivery option 'Specific Day' will allow you to select delivery for a Saturday of your choice. This service is priced at £59.95.
For our Standard Pallet Delivery service, the courier will contact you once your order has been collected from our warehouse to arrange a suitable date for delivery. On the day of your delivery, drivers will call you up to an hour before arrival wherever possible. For smaller deliveries, the courier may send a text with a time slot on the day of delivery.

We always recommend you try to ensure someone is available at the property to accept delivery. For larger pallet deliveries a signature is required, and if these deliveries are missed, they may require a re-delivery fee.
If you miss your delivery, and the courier has left you a calling card, you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Please contact us here, where our customer service team will be happy to help you.
Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required. Small parcel couriers may leave these with a neighbour if no one is home to accept delivery and leave an appropriate calling card if so.
We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.
Our payment options include all major credit cards, as well as Paypal and Klarna.
If your payment is declined, please check that you have entered all the information displayed on your card correctly, and that all required fields have been filled in. If any problems persist, please contact our customer services team regarding the issue, providing as much detail as you can, and we will try to resolve it for you as soon as possible.

We stock everything from Bathroom suites, accessories and radiators to plumbing pipes, fittings and other sundries online, but please be aware that products are not available to take home on the day of purchase at our showroom. If you'd just like to come and have a look at any of our products in person before you buy, then you are more than welcome, but please note that our showroom can only stock a smaller selection of our huge range, so if there is something specific you would like to see, please call ahead. Delivery of larger items can also be arranged in-store.

Yes, you can request to add or amend items on existing orders here. If you would like to upgrade your delivery service, and all your products are in stock at our dedicated dispatch warehouse, you can upgrade your delivery service here. Please note, once your order has begun to be picked at our warehouse, you will not be able to make any further amendments.

All orders can be collected from our showroom in Formby.
Simply choose Collect from Store when prompted for your delivery choice in the checkout process. Please be aware that our products are housed in an off-site warehouse, and so your products will not be available to collect on the same day that you place your order.
Once your order has been placed and arrives at our showroom, we will contact you to let you know that your items are ready for collection, to save you from making any wasted journeys!
We keep all our product pages up to date with stock notifications, so you can see if your desired product is currently in stock at our dedicated dispatch warehouse, and, if not, when it is expected to be. You can place pre-orders on items that are not currently in stock, and they will be shipped as soon as they are ready to be dispatched.
