What's the difference between Victorian Plumbing and Victoria Plum?
Victorian Plumbing and Victoria Plum operated as two separate businesses for over 20 years until, in May 2024, Victorian Plumbing purchased Victoria Plum, bringing the two brands together within the same group.
The decision was made to close Victoria Plum in October 2024, and the Victoria Plum website stopped accepting new orders after 1 November 2024.
Unsure who you ordered from? Victorian Plumbing order numbers begin with the letters ORD, followed by a sequence of numbers, such as ‘ORD-1234567891011’. Victoria Plum order numbers are eight alpha and numeric digits, such as ‘FE3U39VS’.
