How do I keep my black kitchen sink clean?

You can keep your black sink clean the same way you keep any other sink clean, with regular maintenance and rinsing after use. Black kitchen sinks do not require any special products for cleaning. However, it is good to make sure you’re not using harsh chemicals or abrasive products as this can damage the finish. 

For day to day use it's always a good idea to rinse your kitchen sink down with water after use, or soapy water if you’re had something particularly messy in the sink. On a regular basis it's also good to wipe down your sink with a solution of white vinegar and water to help combat limescale or water stains. 

Do black sinks leave water marks?

All sinks are susceptible to water marks as they’re caused by water gathering in one place and evaporating, which leaves behind a mineral residue. However, due to a darker finish, black sinks might make the water stains more visible.. 

This staining is easily avoided with regular cleaning maintenance followed up with drying off your sink with a microfibre cloth every evening.
