If I am not home when the delivery arrives, what happens?

Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required.
We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.

If the courier has left you a calling card you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Please use the live chat function to speak directly to a member of the team, or alternatively email us at info@victorianplumbing.co.uk.

Can I modify an existing order?

Orders can be updated and modified up until the picking process begins. To amend your order please get in touch via Live Chat or by emailing us at info@victorianplumbing.co.uk.

If you would like to upgrade your delivery or arrange to split your delivery, you can do this via the help centre.
Please note, once your order has begun to be picked at our warehouse, you will not be able to make any further additions.

Can I order an item that is not currently in stock?

Yes, please get in touch with the team either via live chat or at info@victorianplumbing.co.uk to arrange a pre-order.

If you are ordering other in-stock items alongside this, please be aware your shipment will be held until all items are ready to be dispatched. If you would like to arrange a split delivery, please let the team know as soon as your order is confirmed.

Can you leave my delivery with a neighbour if necessary?

We can only deliver and accept signatures from the delivery address as per the order.

Lovely sink

This sink arrived promptly - it was a kerbside palette delivery but was not too heavy to carry. The sink looks even better in real life, needs a professional or handy person to fit it as you need to drill a hole for the tap. My plumber remarked that it was good quality. I bought the recommended plumbing kit too which was necessary and I changed the waste and basket strainer to a colour that fitted my tap. It would be nice if you could do this anyway without ending up with a spare silver one. I am very happy with this sink and its quality.

Good sink, awkward to fit.

Fitted this on my own as a DIY project, should have been nice and easy. Got it into the worktop fine but when it came to securing it to the worktop underneath, the predilled holes on the underside weren’t all pre drilled properly. So I had to take it out and try to rethread them. This was easier said than done and ended up stripping the threads out even more. Managed to get around it and got it semi secure. Almost impossible to get the back ones tight ended up because of how badly the threads were on the back. It could be a common issue or maybe just a one off, I’m not sure but the one I had was a nightmare. It’s a very nice sink though, it’s exactly the look we wanted. The depth is good, easy to clean and the value for money was great.
