Cisterns Explained
Cistern Types
Parts & Fittings
The upper part of a toilet is called the toilet cistern and is similar to a tank which stores water ready to be flushed out. Different toilet cisterns have varying water storage capacities including the option of water being saved or recycled for other purposes, which we quite like.
If space is lacking or your bathroom has a minimalist style, a concealed cistern is a great option for you. Concealed cisterns sit hidden behind your tiling or wall, allowing for a much neater, uncluttered look in your bathroom. They are designed to be accompanied by back to wall toilets and vanity WC units.
We supply numerous toilet cistern parts including brackets to support a high level cistern and chrome low level flush pipes. These accessories would work particularly well in a traditionally inspired bathroom space.
