The Nuie Front + Top Access Dual Flush Concealed WC Cistern - XTY006 is a smart and economical option that complements a variety of wall toilets and vanity WC units. It has access points at both the top and front, and offers a range of options for the placement of the water inlet, making this Nuie cistern easy to install in any configuration you choose. Equally versatile, the movable chrome-finished flush button allows you to decide exactly where to place it. Good for the money
The concealed cistern is as described and it replaced my old one well. My only complaint is the water connection pipe from cistern to the pan is in one piece and makes it difficult to fit with the tank in place and the existing pan screwed down to tiled floor. Best to fit pipe first and then tank onto it. Fortunately my old pipe is in two sections so I just reused that and the jobs a good un.

Fiddly to Fit
As I was doing all of the fitting of the new WC and unit, I found it a very fiddly job to install, first off there is less than 12mm gap between the fill inlet and the side of the unit, there is no pipe that will fit there, so had to shorten the connector, after getting this in place, tried first flush and water everywhere, the flush pipe had not fitted correctly into the pan causing seal to deform, you cannot see that from any angle, so had to fit all of the pipes to the pan, secure the pan, then fit the cistern, and don't start on the measurements for the cut outs, all in all it took me over 4 hours to get this unit fitted, I was going to tile under, but it works and I am not moving it just in case. Flush is a little weak, and I cannot see any way that there is two differing flush settings, just one everything out when pushing the button, as there are no instructions on what the adjusters do on either fill unit or flush unit.

Hi, You will need a compression 1/2" swivel to 15mm compression elbow to connect to the incoming mains connection you can also purchase a 15 copper to copper isolating valve from most good plumbing merchants. Thanks. Technical Team.
