The seat arrived as described and functions as intended. However, the overall construction quality leaves room for improvement. The frame of the seat is made from very thin, hollow plastic, which makes it prone to cracking — as several other reviewers have also noted. One notable design aspect is that the top section can be detached from the main hub. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not offer this vulnerable part as a separate replacement component, which is disappointing given how susceptible it is to damage. I managed to repair the cracked area using dental acrylic and reinforcing cross bars, similar to methods used in denture repairs. While this solution has restored functionality, it is not aesthetically pleasing and is unlikely to be a long-term fix. Overall, while the seat performs its basic function, the build quality should be improved to ensure greater durability and longevity. I would strongly recommend that the manufacturer consider offering spare parts and reinforcing the seat frame in future versions.
