We’ve had and used this toilet for around a year now. I was sceptical about purchasing it but I have to say it’s magic. It’s one of those purchases you never thought you’d use till you experience it. Regarding comments about some features not working these are documented in the manual such as auto flush is not available in the UK. That said it’s a great toilet and works flawlessly for use. My only concern will be whether there will be spare parts available in the future such as Replacment lids. The thought of having to replace the entire toilet does worry me.

Even I'm 5'8 i feel it a bit too tall. Its 42cm height without the toilet seat which i didn't know until i sat on it. If the close couple can be 4cm shorter then it will be ideal. Hopefully some Japanese make like toto and inax can be bought here soon or later. Its a good alternative to real Japanese toilet anyway.

After a months use we are very pleased with the results. Taking note of other reviews describing cracked seats and another persons fix, I went online and purchased a set of stick on silicon seat pads to spread the load on the seat. So far no cracks and hopefully this will cure the inherent design problem.
