Bidets
Our range of bidets covers simple ceramic models right through to full bidet toilets, so you can choose something that suits your routine. They’re ideal if you want a fresher clean without relying solely on paper. We often see customers pair their bidet with a matching toilet for a consistent look across the room.
If you’re tight on space, a combined bidet toilet, often called a Turkish toilet, is a smart way to get both functions in one go. They take up less room than separate pieces and keep the layout easy to manage. The smooth ceramic glaze feels slick to the touch and wipes down quickly, which makes a real difference in smaller bathrooms where every splash shows.
We stock bidets and bidet toilets from brands we know deliver reliable build quality, such as Grohe, RAK Ceramics and Heritage Bathrooms. The ceramics have a reassuring weight to them and the glazing holds up well to daily use, even in harder water areas. Many models include warranty cover, so you can pick the style you like and feel confident it'll last.

delivers on the promise
22nd October 2026I really missed Japanese toilets after moving back from Japan, so buying one was the first thing I did after getting my own place. Safe to say, it delivers on the promise of a clean bottom! That said, it was pretty expensive, and you need to swap the filter every year. Hopefully, that keeps the limescale away and Victorian Plumbing doesn't stop selling the replacements

FAQ's
A bidet can be a separate fitting or a way to add a wash function to your toilet. These answers will help you work out what fits your bathroom and which features you'll actually use.
What's the difference between a bidet, a bidet seat and a bidet toilet?
The difference is how each one fits into your bathroom:
- Standalone bidet: A separate fitting that sits alongside your toilet.
- Bidet seat: Replaces your toilet seat and adds a wash spray to the toilet you already have.
- Bidet toilet: A toilet with the wash function built in.
- Handheld douche kit: Adds a spray beside the toilet without another floorstanding fitting.
Should I choose a floorstanding or wall hung bidet?
A floorstanding bidet sits on the floor like a toilet. A wall hung bidet leaves the floor beneath it clear, but it needs a wall or frame that can support it. Both need water and waste connections, so your available space and pipe positions matter as much as the look. Our guide on how to fit a bidet shows what's involved with a floorstanding model.
What features do smart bidet toilets have?
Smart bidet toilets combine a toilet with a wash spray. Selected models also have warm water, a heated seat or a warm air dryer, so the experience varies quite a bit across the range.
Can I adjust the water spray?
Some models let you change the spray strength; selected smart bidet toilets and seats also let you move the nozzle to a more comfortable position. Controls differ too, from a handle on a manual seat to a panel or remote on a smart model.
Will a bidet seat fit my existing toilet?
Not necessarily. The seat needs to match the shape and size of your toilet pan, and its fixings need to line up. Some bidet seats are made for particular toilet models, so measurements alone won't confirm the fit.
Does a standalone bidet come with a tap and waste?
It depends on the product. Some bidets come as a package with a tap and waste, while others are sold without them. The "What's included" section will show what you're getting. If you're choosing a bidet tap separately, it needs to suit the bidet's tap hole and your water supply; you'll also need a compatible waste.
What connections will my bidet need?
A standalone bidet needs water and waste connections. A manual bidet seat needs a suitable water supply, while an electric seat or smart bidet toilet needs power as well. Water pressure and electrical requirements will also vary by model.
