Japanese Toilets

Lets be blunt here as a customer with Chrohn's Disease & Parkinson's Disease it can sometime be difficult to, shall we say clean yourself up! It's still early days yet but installation was easy enough, you do need an electrician to fit and connect the power lead to a fixed fused spur connection. Appearance is not much different to an ordinary toilet and therefore does not scare the life out of visiting guests also the flush is standard, again not intimidating, works well. All electronic functions are simple and easy to understand with NO remote to lose or misplace, all functions work well. The toilet is a standard toilet and is supplied with an ordinary seat but also comes with the smart seat, although the seat can appear a bit bulky the key thing is the shape and size are correct for the toilet. I was hesitant at first and as I said before it is early days but I have found the toilet to be excellent and worth every penny for the bit of dignity it provides.

Hairline cracks started to appear on the seat, so I purchased more supports from Amazon glued them towards the front of the seat. I have now had it over 4 years without any problems.

We purchased this toilet off VP a while back and got round to fitting it about a year later. Life gets in the way... Te toilet itself was very impressive and fitted nicely into our remodelled ensuite, that is used only by 2. As great as it was, the nightlight feature stopped working after approximately 6 months and the toilet seat has cracked at one of the hinges which stops the seat itself from being soft close, although the lid is still gentle to close. Whilst the seat functions, bar nightlight, still work, we are not replacing it just yet. I would have expected a little better build quality for such an expensive unit however.
