Japanese Toilets

Having looked for a toilet with a cleaning facility for our disabled son, we chose this one. It is most certainly not the cheapest and I never would have believed that you could spend this amount of money on a toilet. But you get what you pay for, it's as simple as that. All the nasty pipe work and cables are hidden away, the whole mechanism and function reeks of quality and not something else (yes it does deodorise). I suggest spend a bit of time reading the installation manuals again and again before taking your old toilet out. The remote control make everything much easier than struggling to find the right button on a control panel that you can't see when sat down on other toilets. The settings are easily adjustable and explained. My only suggestion would be the inclusion of a drying facility, but if you in no rush, and why would you be on a heated seat, just take you time and everything will just flow. Customer services were great, they even helped me get the VAT back as it was for a disabled person. Not many businesses do that nowadays. A big thankyou to the staff at customer services for all your help. You have a customer for life here.

I suffer with diverticulitis and crohns disease, so I originally bought this toilet for that. But everyone loves this toilet. I have visitors in just to use my toilet.. the seat is always warm, it's a comfortable sit and will give you a quick freshen up and dry. In fact, I loved this toilet so much I bought exactly the same one again for my ensuite toilet. The company delivers very quickly, and drops off the boxed toilet at your door. I don't know how I managed without it.
