If I am not home when the delivery arrives, what happens?

Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required.
We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.

If the courier has left you a calling card you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Please use the live chat function to speak directly to a member of the team, or alternatively email us at info@victorianplumbing.co.uk.

Can I modify an existing order?

Orders can be updated and modified up until the picking process begins. To amend your order please get in touch via Live Chat or by emailing us at info@victorianplumbing.co.uk.

If you would like to upgrade your delivery or arrange to split your delivery, you can do this via the help centre.
Please note, once your order has begun to be picked at our warehouse, you will not be able to make any further additions.

Can I order an item that is not currently in stock?

Yes, please get in touch with the team either via live chat or at info@victorianplumbing.co.uk to arrange a pre-order.

If you are ordering other in-stock items alongside this, please be aware your shipment will be held until all items are ready to be dispatched. If you would like to arrange a split delivery, please let the team know as soon as your order is confirmed.

Can you leave my delivery with a neighbour if necessary?

We can only deliver and accept signatures from the delivery address as per the order.

Overall very pleased

Overall very pleased with our purchase, it looks clean and sleek and more expensive than it cost. Please do note that the L shaped bath although a nice size at the shower end is quite narrow at the other end and therefore it is better to put the taps in the middle of the bath panel as opposed to the shower end (as per the picture)

Modena suite

Everything arrived well packed and complete, a day longer than I had thought but I can live with that.The quality of the fittings was very good, my plumber who is a mate said they were of a standard found on much dearer bathrooms! The only thing that we had to change was the cistern as this was of very poor quality and did not fit to the standard pipe fittings! But a new one was purchased and that worked fine. Overall I am happy with what we have and when finished it will look great! I would use Victorian Plumbing again and would recommend them to others with confidence.
