Gravity Fed Systems: If you live in an older property, there’s a good chance you have a low-pressure gravity-fed system. This shower valve requires a minimum pressure of 0.5 bar. Therefore, we recommend installing a negative or universal pump (sold separately). Please note that positive pumps will not work.

Your description recommends instaling a negative or universal pump to a gravity-fed system. Do you have a product number for a suitable pump.

I have purchased this shower and the bracket holding the secondary head seems very loose. The push button does not seem to lock the bracket in place. It hasn't started to slip down yet, but it doesn't take much force to move it up and down, without pressing the button on the bracket. Is this right?
