Dripping for 20-30 Seconds, Manufacturer Has Stated Working as Designed!

The taps look good, and were good value. However, they drip for a long time when turned off. I have raised this issue with Victorian Plumbing, and they did keep me posted whilst they checked with the manufacturer. But even after showing them videos etc, they have said they're working as intended. This cannot be the case, I have never know a tap to work that way - our plumber confirmed this. So we're left with a nice new bathroom, with taps that will 'gush' water for 20-30 seconds before actually stopping.
