Lovely Looking Taps

Like the high rise counter part it looks lovely, feels great quality and the waterfall effect is very nice but as with the high rise mixer it may be better if it angled downwards slightly to allow for the water to drip off better as it pools, also would be great if you could buy as a package with the high rise mixer tap, not just the short tap. Overall great product

How do you take off the top of the tap to get to the washer?

Hi Simon, This tap no longer has a washer internally but has a quarter-turn cartridge which you will need to replace, If you go onto our website live chat facility a member of our customer services team and quote the following part numbers SPARE-COLDCARTRIDGE1 and SPARE-HOTCARTRIDGE1 on receiving this information they will happily assist you in resolving your problem Thanks. .Technical Team.

my tap has a little removable cap across the top where the water flows which looks like some sore of filter, are these replaceable????

How long do the washers in the taps last before they start dripping?
