I downsized and left a bidet behind. This toilet is so much better. comfortable and easy to use. The electrical wire is a bit obvious and too rigid to hide but otherwise I am very satisfied

Been to Japan before and couldn't believe why we don't have these in the UK. Doing a renovation and decided to spend the extra hundred quid to have this over a standard toilet unit. Highly satisfied with this and for the price you're paying compared to other brands its well worth it. Build quality is good, all in English easy to understand and is now the envy of all my friends haha!

Looks good, performs well just as it should do. Had a slight problem with getting a low profile trap as had no room for pipe to fit into existing pipe. Tap and waste supplied looks good.

We’ve had and used this toilet for around a year now. I was sceptical about purchasing it but I have to say it’s magic. It’s one of those purchases you never thought you’d use till you experience it. Regarding comments about some features not working these are documented in the manual such as auto flush is not available in the UK. That said it’s a great toilet and works flawlessly for use. My only concern will be whether there will be spare parts available in the future such as Replacment lids. The thought of having to replace the entire toilet does worry me.
