Does the wc waste pipe connect downwards to the floor or above?

The WC has a P-Trap and would exit horizontally out from the back.

Do I need any additional items to fit other than a tap.

Hi, the Sienna Milo Cloakroom Suite does not come with taps or any other ancillary items shown in the photograph on the product page. You will need to purchase these items separately. Hope this helps!

Can the Gloss White Vanity Unit be fix separately from the toilet unit?

Cloakroom vanity unit

Looks good, very pleased with the purchase. The only criticism I have is the toilet seat seems very flimsy. Otherwise very happy.

Great Value and Excellent Quality Apart From One Tiny Part

I am a bathroom installer. This combination is superb value for the money, well packaged, sturdy construction and as a good a quality as many of the high end "brands" we have installed. One tiny £1.50 part let it down. The pipe running from the cistern to the WC has a flush cone where the pipe enters at the rear of the WC. These are usually soft rubber. Unfortunately the one supplied is hard plastic, leaks badly when you flush the loo. It is not fit for the job. Fortunately I had some proper ones in my van and replaced it, but if you haven't got one, you will have to make a trip to a plumbers merchants. Apart from that one item, absolutely superb. Victoria plumbing service, website, delivery was second to none and faultless.
