Q: Can I still order online?

A: Yes, you can still place an order with us and we'll dispatch this as usual as there is currently no impact or delay to orders.

Q: I'm expecting a delivery, will this still go ahead?

A: Yes, our delivery process is still going ahead as normal with no delay expected. Please continue to use `Track my Order' regarding delivery dates.

Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: Please use the Track My Order page to find the latest update for your order. As soon as it's dispatched, we'll email you with tracking information where relevant. Currently there is no impact or delay to orders.

Q: Are you prioritising essentials?

A: Yes, during this time we will be prioritising the delivery of essential products over luxury and non-essential bathroom accessories, to ensure those who urgently need our products get them as swiftly as possible. If this affects your order, we'll let you know.

Q: Can I still return items?

A: Yes, our warehouse is still operating and we're still processing returns.

Q: Is your showroom still open?

A: We have closed our showroom for the time being. Please check back for updates as to when this will be reopened.

Q: Have your delivery methods changed?

A: Our third party couriers are already operating under contactless delivery methods, please see below for further information.

Courier (Medium Items)

Our delivery providers are currently using a new contactless delivery process to help minimise any contact between parties. The means customers will no longer be asked to sign for their orders. Instead, the delivery driver will take a photo of the parcel being dropped off at the delivery point. This will now form proof of delivery until further notice.

Pallet Deliveries

Our kerbside delivery drivers will continue to leave your delivery pallets outside of your address. In addition to this, they will also remain at least 2 meters away from you or anyone in your property to ensure there is no unnecessary direct or close contact between drivers and customers.

For all delivery types, we will continue to adapt our service in line with government guidance. Please continue to check back for regular delivery updates.

How Will My Order Be Sent Out?

Courier Delivery

  • For parcel deliveries, we will use a courier service.
  • The standard parcel service time scale is an estimated 2-7 working days.
  • We have next day, day specific and Saturday option which you can choose at the time of placing your order (UK Mainland only).
  • Each item will be carefully packaged and distributed to our courier after being dispatched from our warehouse.

Pallet Delivery

  • A pallet service is required on larger items.
  • The standard pallet service time scale is an estimated 2-7 working days.
  • We have next day, day specific and Saturday option which you can choose at the time of placing your order (UK Mainland only).
  • When your order is processed and given to our courier, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date.
  • Our standard pallet service offers delivery to the kerbside, couriers will not be able to move pallets or goods inside the property.

Diamond Pallet Delivery

  • This service removes all the common issues found with larger shipments.
  • Your delivery will be handled by a specialist team who are expertly trained in this area.
  • Selecting this option enables you to agree a suitable day for your delivery (from Monday - Friday).
  • Your goods will be taken to the specific room of your choosing upon arrival. All boxes are removed from their pallet and excess delivery packaging & pallets are then removed - which means no more heavy lifting or unwanted delivery packaging.

Can I Collect My Order Instead?

You can collect your order from our Formby Showroom. At checkout select 'In Store Pickup' We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Remote Delivery

If you happen to reside in an area that is considered to be 'remote' by our couriers, you may incur additional delivery charges. Remote Areas:

Isle of Man
Scilly Isles
Isle of Wight
Northern Ireland
Scotland Offshore.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We are happy to announce our international delivery service for our overseas customers. Larger orders to countries we ship to will have an option allowing you to request a quote. The quote will be made available to you within 24 hours. Our trade team will contact you to discuss this. Smaller orders will calculate automatically.

If you do not see your location or country listed in the checkout process, we may still be able to ship to you. Please call our Customer Service team on 0345 862 2878 or drop us an email at and include your Unique Basket Code (click 'Save & Email Basket' in the My Basket page to generate this) and Location.
Further Information
Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £499 to UK mainland delivery addresses (Note: some exclusions apply; Please enter your delivery postcode into the 'Calculate Delivery' form during the checkout process for more information).

All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT. The total delivery charge will be displayed prior to confirming your order based on your postcode and size of order.

All Items are available to be collected from the store, though please be aware items cannot normally be collected on the same day as ordering.

Next Day items ordered must all be items currently in stock and held at our distribution warehouse. Orders must be fully completed and terms and conditions agreed to no later than 2.30pm for a next day service. Please note: For a Next Day Saturday service, goods should be ordered by 2.30pm. For larger pallet items on any order date, orders must be placed and accepted before 2.30pm.

Day Specific Delivery enables customers to select a specific day on which they require their goods to be delivered; this service is not available on all locations or types of delivery.
