As standard, the dual flush cistern provides a six or three litre option, but this can be adjusted to use even less water if desired. It comes with fixing brackets for simple installation. Cistern overfills and keeps running into toilet bowl

Hi, The problem will be that the internal float valve which allows the water in and shuts off when at the correct level, so it is that valve that will need adjusting. Thanks. Technical Team.

Can the height of this cistern be adjusted? I want to install a concealed cistern, but would like to have the actuator button above the height of the toilet seat (when the seat is up). Is there any way to extend the length of the pipe which goes into the toilet basin?

Hello, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately not this one the flush button location cannot be moved. We would suggest a pneumatic or cable-operated cistern so the flush button can be located further away. Kind Regards.

Basic Design Flaw

Love the brand, love the action, love the quality. However, unless you purchase the additional flush extension pipe, you'll find that the button plate sits behind the toilet seat meaning you can't flush the toilet without putting the seat down. "No bad thing" I hear women rejoice around the world... However, because you have to put the seat down to flush, you have no way of knowing whether everything has flushed without then raising the seat to check.... Extension pipe shouldn't be an add-on.
