We bought this toilet to replace one from another brand that we were really not happy with. This toilet works very well. Looks good and is comfortable, with the usual choice of 2 toilet seat types. The aquablade technology is excellent. It's super quiet and there are no splashes. It was also very easy to install. I'd definitely recommend this toilet.

Victorian Plumbing can't be held accountable for this; the product is a great one while it works, but I'm now on to my third loo... and it's about to give up the ghost too! It all starts when the loo seat starts behaving a bit erratically; rising when it shouldn't do, and so on. While Grohe were fairly decent about it in the first place (very much like me), they got bored of helping and gave up, suggesting it was their final 'gesture of goodwill' to replace it one last time. For the record, it was used completely normally and I'm of a very normal size.
