Get Ready For Our Brand New TV Advert!

September 2016 sees the triumphant return of our flying vans.

If you’ve spent some time in front of the TV recently, you might have noticed the return of some very familiar flying vans during the ad breaks. That’s because the Victorian Plumbing team are officially back from outer space!

Well, sort of! None of our colleagues were actually on any kind of intergalactic voyage (sorry to shatter that illusion for you!), but if you can cast your mind back to our previous TV advert, you’ll recall the amazing lengths our company vans go to in order to deliver the finest bathroom products to our customers. Well, our newest advertisement is almost ready to launch, and this month we’ve been teasing viewers with a cheeky 10 second clip of what’s to come…

Developed yet again by those geniuses at Blac Ionica, the new 30 second TV ad features our (surely now iconic) flying vans returning to earth, showing all the various locations they journey to across Britain. There’s a rather cool twist at the end of the full-length version of the advert too, but we’re afraid you’ll just have to wait until September 25th to find out exactly what it is - let’s just say it’s F-A-B!

Besides the fantastic CGI visuals, there’s also a toe-tappin’ soundtrack to accompany the vans on their travels. Some of you may recognise the particularly catchy tune as ‘Where I’m Going’ by the Australian band Cut/Copy. A voice over by Tony Gardner (Last Tango In Halifax, My Parents Are Aliens) provides the narrative.

Mark Radcliffe, Managing Director at Victorian Plumbing, said: “After some excellent feedback regarding our previous ‘flying van’ campaign it felt right to work with Blac Ionica once again and it’s been a pleasure working with their team on our latest ad.

The advert continues on from the previous campaign we ran and should hopefully trigger the memories of those who’ve seen our last ad. We also expect the advert to generate further positive response with the song used by Cut/Copy which should have people talking.”
