If I am not home when the delivery arrives, what happens?

Larger pallet couriers will contact you on the day to let you know a rough time for delivery, due to the size and cost, a signature is always required.
We always suggest someone is home to accept the delivery, as missing your delivery may result in a re-delivery fee being charged.

If the courier has left you a calling card you may contact them directly to rearrange delivery for a more convenient time. If you have not received a calling card, we will be able to assist you in re-booking delivery. Can I modify an existing order?

If you pay peanuts…

This is sharply made and reflects the price. I ended up having to buy a new hose as the one supplied only allows for my small child to use it. And I had to buy a mounting bracket because the one supplied was not strong enough to hold the shower head in position and so it continually flopped downwards. Don’t buy this unless you want the hassle of drilling and then re-drilling through your tiles as well as the added expense of the additional purchases.

Taps fine but shower connector hopeless

Bought this as a temporary replacement so wasn’t expecting the very best quality but actually the tap itself and the shower hose and head are fine and fit for purpose. The shower holder part is however, just brittle plastic and I think would easily snap - so I used something else.

This bath shower mixer is good value for money but the rubber gaskets that come with it were leaking. I had to replace them with alternative gaskets which resolved the issue.

A little smaller than expected

I was only looking for the taps but got the whole shower set. The handle is thin and has an edge, not quite sharp but shorter than my little hand. Otherwise it is a brass product and I expect it to last.

Good for the price

This bath shower mixer is good for the price but I suggest removing the black hard rubber gasket that comes with it and replace them straight away with fibre gaskets. The seals that come with it were leaking water everywhere, and replacing them with fibre gaskets has solved the issue.
