OK...
overall great looking toilet, HOWEVER, it would have been nice to know that it didn't come with any floor fixtures and had to source them from elsewhere... customer services were unhelpful.

Nice looking toilet and pan. The design of the pan means that most of the water, when flushing, comes out at the back of the pan instead of the front and sides, giving a weaker flush. Also the power of the flush is weaker than I would like but I understand this is typical of push button flushes. Victorian Plumbing after sales customer service was excellent as I rang up for advice on flush syphon setting and they dispatched a new syphon. However flush power didn't improve.
