Fairly happy with this item, as it looks good and is piratical. My only concern is that the arm rotates so that you can get the toilet rolls on it, but the join is plastic,and feels a little fragile so need to be delicate and I'm not sure how long it may last.

This was the second unit sent to me as the first one sheared of at the rotating arm joint. Weak construction on rotating arm making it a 1 star on build quality, otherwise value for money reasonable. Would have bought the more expensive unit had I known. However Victoria Plumbing gave excellent customer service, such that theirs is a shining example on how to treat with a customer and encourage them to purchase without concern.

Having received the item with an incorrect part, I complained to Victorian Plumbing, and within 24 hours they had arranged for a replacement part to be sent to me free of charge direct from the manufacturers.Thank you for your prompt resolution to the problem.

Item is very good, looks great in any bathroom, easy to assembly. very fast delivery.
