Front & Top Access Dual Flush Concealed WC Cistern with Round Button

Save on water consumption with this Dual Flush Concealed WC Cistern – it's easy to install with back to wall toilets and vanity units. The traditional shape of the cistern, with the water inlet on the left side, means it will suit most bathrooms and cloakrooms. Manufactured to the highest standard from robust plastic, this double flush cistern is built to withstand frequent use. The classic white tone will complement your existing fittings and a chrome flush button completes the contemporary look. Maintenance is simple too, thanks to the straight forward front and top access.

I have two questions - can the inflow be switched to the RH side? And what diameter is the flush pipe? The one it's replacing seems to be about 43mm in diameter. Thanks

What is the hole for on the opposite side of the cistern from the fill? I guess it's so that the fill can be from either side, but shouldn't the unused hole be filled?

Hi Tony, Yes, the hole on the opposite side of the cistern is to allow the cold feed to be fitted on either side. With regards to blocking the unused hole off, there is no need as the overflow is taken away through the syphon which is designed to take any volume of water.

Quite Thin/Flimsy Plastic

Thinner plastic than I was expecting and the black cover is awkward to remove when needed. When you tighten the wall nuts, the plastic bracket is too weak and the nut goes through it. I had to fix it straight into the wall.

Value for Money

Firstly, what a great service over the holiday season - thank you to you and your courier! Due to how the previous cistern was fitted, I had a few issues but got the job done in a few hours, mainly due to having to modify pipework. I so wish there were clearer instructions on fitting the push-button! I didn't realise that the chrome bit came apart into two bits, so I spent a good deal of time and effort getting it to fit against a 15mm facia, when all I needed to do was remove the bulky bit of chrome!! Too late for me now, as I've done the job! The cistern works well, hope it lasts as long as the previous one (10 years).

Previous Cistern kept passing and wouldn't seal after several months!

After replacing flapper valves twice on my cistern in my 5 year old concealed cistern, it still kept passing water after several months. The cycling of the fill valve kept us awake each night after it had refilled after a short amount of time! Finally scrapped it and purchased this. Great quality, solid and silent fill. Hopefully have removed previous issue and will get many years of trouble free service.
