Good tiles but problematic customer service
29th October 2026I am happy with the tiles. But I suffered from the fact that it is not possible, ever, to speak to someone on the phone at Victorian Plumbing. You have to email. The reply I got came after 2 days and did not answer the question. I replied again and got a reply 3 days later. I needed that information quicker than a week! It could have been answered in 30 seconds.

3rd October 2026Great service, the files arrives swiftly and the delivery driver couldn’t have been more helpful. The only criticism is that the tiles are paler than they look in the pictures. The pictures show them as a pale pink where as they’re more of a cream/pink

Lovely tiles - but …….
3rd October 2026These tiles look great in our bathroom. We ordered more to allow for breakages - it’s a pity VP make it so difficult to send back unopened boxes. The couriers recommended for VP returns are very unwilling to transport tiles and charge £12 per box (in our case nearly 50% of the value) so we are reduced to trying to sell them on Facebook. In future I would recommend getting tiles from a local company

Will zellige effect tiles all look the same colour?
It depends on the design. Some have noticeable shade variation, which can make a whole wall look more varied (or darker) than a single tile in a product photo. Others are more consistent. Order a free sample to see the colour in your room, and look at photos showing several zellige effect tiles together before deciding.
Are the edges and surfaces of zellige effect tiles uneven?
