19th April 2026Tile quality is great. More creamy/off-white than the pic suggests. But still happy with them. Delivery took longer than expected due to coming to Channel Islands. Very difficult to get in touch with customer services other than email which was frustrating

17th April 2026I had a handful of tiles which weren’t perfectly glazed but no breakages at all. These tiles are difficult to lay straight (as a DIYer) the finish is not perfect but masked by the rustic look. I’d recommend a professional unless you are super confident as I feel disappointed I couldn’t get it perfect. No reflection on the product though I used contrast grout and they look good overall.
