Beautiful tiles
30th October 2026So delighted. I ordered a sample but ended up needing the tiles before the sample arrived. The website had lots of photos so hoped they were accurate. Delighted that they were and very pleased with tiles they look amazing up. The sample tile arrived but was only half a tile and didn’t look wow need several tiles for tones and impact. I think I would have doubted choice from just the sample so glad I took the chance on accurate images. Just as good as photos in reality.

Good tiles but problematic customer service
29th October 2026I am happy with the tiles. But I suffered from the fact that it is not possible, ever, to speak to someone on the phone at Victorian Plumbing. You have to email. The reply I got came after 2 days and did not answer the question. I replied again and got a reply 3 days later. I needed that information quicker than a week! It could have been answered in 30 seconds.
