Close Coupled Comfort Height Toilets

The good bits: Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Looks good, works well with an excellent flush - even the eco-flush, possibly assisted by the extra height. The less good bits: Do the designers of these things ever actually speak to the poor sods who have to install them? The inlet to the cistern is effectively shrouded by the downward flange of the pan with hardly any room to fit a wrench. If there happens to be any kind of obstruction, such as the waste pipe running horizontally it’s impossible. When fitting, do yourself a favour and fit the tap connector and a pipe tail before assembling the pan and cistern and make the water connection and isolator in an accessible spot. Oh, and some instructions for fitting and adjusting the mechanisms would be helpful and avoid having to use trial and error. Sounds like a big moan but I do actually like and recommend this loo!
