Lid doesnt fit snuggly on cistern. Toilet seat secured too far forward or too far back depending on attachment position.

Comfortable and space saving

Basic loo. Nothing special. My main disappointment is that the water is very low in the toilet and, because of shape, poo sticks to the side so I am forever cleaning it.

Great toilet

Solid toilet, highly recommended whether you want the extra height or not. Check all parts on arrival or Victorian Plumbing will not replace. I would recommend this toilet even though the toilet seat was cracked at the back on arrival (hard to know where this happened) but my plumber was onto it, I took photos, reported it online and the seat was replaced very quickly.

Nice toilet, cistern and fittings. The extra height is much better. Well built solid, nice seat, replaced my old dated toilet slid into position perfect, make sure the waste outlet is same height as your old toilet your replacing, if your replacing an old toilet, fitting was a doddle.
