RAK Tonique Close Coupled Full Access Toilet + Soft Close Seat

Good quality product, easy to install and enough clearance at the back to fit my macerating unit.

Impressed with RAK as first one I've installed. Nice touch that the cistern comes pre-installed with everything setup so it took just 15mins to fit. Good flush and refill valve is nice and quiet. Suggest you get a flexi connector for the water inlet else it could be a bit fiddly connecting this from below.

Good quality from RAK at sensible prices, buy the suite though if you can sometimes get a better deal!As the title says they just work as a pro bathroom fitter I will always supply and fit these all day longand I never had one single call back so they must stand the test of time!Good quality ceramic not distorted or out of shape like some I have seen and the colour is a nice White not Grey/White!Looks more impressive in real life than in the picture and the seat is nice quality soft close quick release via a button and this is neat for easy cleaning take the whole seat of in 2 seconds, just leaves the mounts attached to the pan and guess what? The fixings work and they stay tightened up... yey!!

Unfortunately I received the goods partly broken not once but twice. V.P. acted immediately on both accounts and I received my replacement within two days. The goods are first class and of high quality. Don't forget to secure the water inlet before securing the cistern to toilet.

Very good value comfort height toilet which is neat and was ideal for my new cloakroom. There was an issue with the seal from the mechanism and at first the water would not stop running into the pan. My plumber sorted this out very quickly and it was probably just one of those things.Very good service from the company and a neat and nice looking product. Best of all was the price!

Our plumber thought this was an excellent buy although not quite so easy to work on with regard to the waste pipe because of the enclosed sides. We like the extra height as our existing one was quite low to the ground. We are pleased with the overall quality.

Chose this as it's 425mm tall (most toilets are 400mm), makes a difference. Only downside is that the water hole is smaller than usual, but it doesn't seem to create any problems.

When i purchased this i wasn't expecting the world but i was pleasantly suprised. I seems really well made certainly looks the part. I was also inpressed with the delivery service. It arrived two days afetr i ordered it and wasn't hard to fit at all.
