Looks nice, but a few issues.
11th March 2026This toilet looks fantastic so no worries there. However, despite upgrading the internal fittings and increasing the water level in the cistern, the toilet continues to exhibit the same problem: after each flush, the P trap appears to regurgitate small particles of waste back into the bowl. The flush itself is strong, but the design seems to allow waste to flow back in rather than be fully removed. We therefore have to flush multiple times to ensure the toilet's cleanliness. The toilet was installed by a qualified plumber, who has since rechecked the installation and confirmed that there is nothing incorrect or unusual in the setup. Additionally, I recently stayed in an Airbnb that had the same model toilet, and it displayed the exact same issue, which suggests this may be a design or manufacturing fault rather than an installation problem. I wouldn't recommend this toilet on this basis - very annoying.
