The unit is good and sturdy, easy to install. The trouble is when its been flushed the lifting tube that moves upwards when the small or large flush buttons are pressed does not always seat down properly again. This then in turn allows the refilling water to continually to leak passed the gap generated by the misplaced lifting tube and fill straight into the toilet bowl. We have had several times its jammed open through the night so wasting water for the whole night.

We’ve had and used this toilet for around a year now. I was sceptical about purchasing it but I have to say it’s magic. It’s one of those purchases you never thought you’d use till you experience it. Regarding comments about some features not working these are documented in the manual such as auto flush is not available in the UK. That said it’s a great toilet and works flawlessly for use. My only concern will be whether there will be spare parts available in the future such as Replacment lids. The thought of having to replace the entire toilet does worry me.
