Poor quality tiles

These files look ok, as long as there is no need to cut them... if you need to cut them, which is probably pretty much any job, then i would avoid.The do not cut cleanly down the middle and, even worse, the surface cracks, while the rest of the tile remains intact. This resulted in what looks a little like shattered glass across the surface of the tiles.My builders, said they have never experienced such problems with tiles. They have had to replace several areas of my bathroom - a recess in the shower, and the area around my bath - more than once.They ended up using another supplier. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a slight colour matching issue, but we will have to accept that to avoid needing to redo the entire room.
