Good but…

I ordered the brushed brass version and disappointed that the toilet seat brackets were in chrome and not brushed brass. It would be great to be advised if any other toilet seat with brushed brass brackets can fit on it so it would look better

What is/are the water capacities for the high level toilet fush(es) please ?

Does this cistern have an internal overflow as there is no hole for overflow pipe?

Can you advise what is the overall depth, from back wall to end of the toilet pan.

Hi, thank you for your question, the pan is 460mm deep, and the flush pipe connection at the rear of the pan is 202mm in length. So the maximum length would be 662mm. Although with fitting the flush pipe to the rear of the pan it would be slightly less depending on the install. Thanks.

Hi the maxium height we have for a high level toilet is 180cm. Would this toilet be suitable? Are there any other options? Thanks

Hi Ruth, no unfortunately the overall height for this high level toilet is 216 cm . Although you can cut the pipe down, we can not recommend that you can cut it down to fit the size that you require. You could try the, Carlton Low Level Traditional Ceramic WC Pan & Cistern (Excluding Seat) (Part No LLTCWC). I hope this helps, please let me know if there's anything else we can do for you, thanks!

Why is this toilet more expensive than puchasing it with a wall hung basin?

Hi, can the cistern be lowered slightly by shortening the length of the water pipe?

It says on your website page there is a saving of 60per cent when spending over £250. We are purchasing a Carlton high level pan and cistern with seat price £274 does that mean we would get 60% of this price
