Great product but ……..
26th February 2025Bought this unit to program it to come on each morning to warm an extension with bi fold doors. Looks exactly like the picture but ours has a wider gap between the control panel section and the one next to it so looks odd. The unit is programmable but ….. program only works if the unit is permanently switched on i.e. program won’t turn the unit on / off at pre set times (wish the description made this clear as we wouldn’t have bought it). So you have to leave the unit powered on (in our case it would be on all night) & choose between 3 settings in 1 hr blocks, defrost is the lowest and fixed at 7 degrees, next is 15.5 & last is comfort which can be set at temp of your choice. App is pretty easy to use. Needs 2.4 ghz broadband, won’t work on 5ghz.

9th November 2024The towel heater is very nice looking and feels and looks reasonable quality for the price. Heats up fairly quickly and gets quite hot. App features are terrible though and not straightforward to setup. Unable to set a daily schedule e.g. 50° 7am-10am which I thought it would do at a minimum. "Timing" function is merely a countdown timer. Also does not connect to Google Home or Alexa. If I didn't already buy this I would look at another product.
