Are horizontal column radiators efficient?

Factors such as radiator size, heat output, room heat loss and heating controls are more important. Choose a radiator with enough BTU output to meet your room's requirements.

 

What size horizontal column radiator do I need?

Depending on the heat output and depth you need, you can also choose between different numbers of columns your radiator has. 2 column radiators have a slimmer profile with less depth, while 3 column and 4 column radiators provide more heat but protrude more, so they may be less suitable for smaller rooms. 

Once you know the output you need, choose a horizontal column radiator that provides sufficient heat while fitting comfortably on your wall.
