Are 4 column radiators efficient?

4 column radiators can heat a room effectively when correctly sized for its heat requirements. Their additional columns (compared to 2 column and 3 column radiator models) provide a greater surface area and offer a higher heat output.

However, having more columns doesn't automatically mean lower running costs. The right BTU output, heating system and controls are more important factors.
