I bought this cabinet about a year ago so can give an opinion based on ownership for a worthwhile period of time. The build quality is excellent, features included are good with shaver socket, low energy lighting, clock and light switch activated by simply waving a hand at it! The only shortcomings are that you need to open the door to activate the lights and the clock is not visible without also opening the door. The hinges are soft close, and the doors are mirrored on both sides, the cabinet is heavy and a solid wall is needed to support it. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
This was purchased to compliment the 800 vanity unit in the same range for a bathroom refit (reviewed separately). The build quality is great - it's also pretty heavy because of this so make sure you use decent fixings to carry it! Some would argue that it's perhaps expensive for what it is but when you see the finished job you'll be glad you bought it. The only thing that let it down was the quality of the shelf fixings inside which were quite cheap plastic but if you're careful when setting the position you shouldn't have any further problems with it.
Like another reviewer here, I also have noticed a hum from the transformer. The top part of the cabinet that houses the transformer gets quite warm (at the cost of my electricity bill) because the transformer is permanently 'on'. Have dismantled and removed the wiring so now the shaver socket is inoperative and the hum has vanished. Will try rewiring with switch if I can find a suitable switch.
