Cistern does not fit tight to bowl so relies on fixings to wall to secure. Does not come with lugs to fix bowl to floor nor fixings for cistern. Very disappointed.

Good quality toilet, very sturdy, soft close seat works well and looks nice. Described as space saving but the plumber had issues fitting it due to lack of space to work around the pan. The square pan does look nice but now wish that I had chosen an oval shape instead.

All good apart from the seat part is not fitting properly to the toilet. It’s too small to cover the toilet basin. I hope the company sends me a bigger seat to fit properly.

My first choice of toilet was a back to the wall but it wouldn’t fit due to the waste measurement so this was suggested by our plumber as an alternative. It fits and it works and doesn’t have any fiddly bits to clean. We needed quite a short projection because of limited space and this is great - not too imposing, but I would have preferred not to have a square shaped design. It’s not the most comfortable seat due to its shape but it’s ok as it’s not the main toilet in the house.
