Good quality and easy to install
Replaced the poor quality hinges that came from another supplier with our new toilet - the Victorian Plumbing ones were far superior in quality. Delivery also was very quick.

Exactly as advertised; easy to fit (once the old ones were removed) and look good.

Excellent delivery over Christmas
I want to thank you for delivering these items within a 48 hour window before Christmas. With 11 people for dinner, two of which were disabled, it was great to have a toilet seat fixed in place. My only suggestion would be to include instructions how to install the underside attachments. I reused the old washers and screws. I wish you all a Happy New Year.

Not as advertised
I searched in Google for a set of top fitting fixings for a Duravit toilet seat. Took me straight to Victorian Plumbing, price was good and ‘looked’ like the right product. How foolish of me! It doesn’t fit the hinges on the toilet seat, and as I had installed the product to my toilet, I didn’t feel it appropriate to return it. Not happy!!!

New Loo Seat! Nearly!
New hinges and seat buffers excellent, like a new seat! Very good value for money.

Not available locally.
My sister had a broken toilet seat mount which measured at 50mm diameter. Local plumbing suppliers only had the smaller 46mm size ones which meant that if they were used a mark made by the broken fittings would be visible. Victoria Plumbing had the size I wanted and were promptly delivered to Derbyshire. Job done. 👏
