I want to thank you for delivering these items within a 48 hour window before Christmas. With 11 people for dinner, two of which were disabled, it was great to have a toilet seat fixed in place. My only suggestion would be to include instructions how to install the underside attachments. I reused the old washers and screws. I wish you all a Happy New Year.

Not as advertised

I searched in Google for a set of top fitting fixings for a Duravit toilet seat. Took me straight to Victorian Plumbing, price was good and ‘looked’ like the right product. How foolish of me! It doesn’t fit the hinges on the toilet seat, and as I had installed the product to my toilet, I didn’t feel it appropriate to return it. Not happy!!!
