How do I replace the washers in this tap

Hello, Thank you for your question. Firstly, unscrew the handle that you use for turning the item on/off. This will then reveal a grub screw that is to be undone with a hex key. The head will then simply pull off, giving you access to the cartridge. Kind Regards
