Hello, I have previous holes in the wall/tiles which are 40mm apart, will this fit without having to drill? Thanks, Jim

Hello, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, fitting information from the manufacturer does not confirm this measurement. However, the fitting plate is 53mm in diameter so this would definitely cover the holes. Kind Regards.
