How We Gather Reviews

Arms a bit short.

I have had a couple of these towel rails over the years in my bathroom and the arms were long enough to hold a folded bath sheet. So when it came to renewing the rail, the description said one length for the arms but the dimensions further down said another shorter length, which we didn't notice until we opened the box and realised the difference and double checked the information. We have still used it as we have no suitable alternative. The arms are also much stiffer to move than ones we have had before but that isn't really a problem.

Sturdy and just what i wanted

Having moved home, I left my Ikea towel rails at my previous house and regretted it as Ikea stopped producing towel rails and I was very disappointed. I found this product and am very impressed with the quality and strength. I use them above radiators at home for drying washing in the winter or when wet and they do a great job. Highly recommended.
