does this have a black rubber ring around the glass/inside the chrome ring or is it just the photo that makes it look like that?

Can it be glued to the wall?

Hi there, This can be fixed to the wall using a suitable adhesive. We recommend ensuring that both surfaces have been cleaned and de-greased thoroughly beforehand and that you use a good quality tile and metal adhesive. Hope this helps!
