Great quality towel holder

Was looking for a premium looking towel ring holder and found this one for a good price. Very happy with the finish, feels substantial and good quality, simple to install - instructions a little misleading; the edge upon which the grub screw grips wasn't very clear in the instructions. Good job I checked twice before drilling otherwise that might have been a complete tile replacement!

Falls off the Wall

Purchased this a year ago. Looks lovely, looks like it’s good quality. However the screw that holds it to the plate on the wall doesn’t stay tight. This comes lose and falls off our wall at least once a week. I am forever tightening it up. You get what you pay for!

Please could you tell me the distance between the centres of the two screw holes?

When installing does this use a bracket and then sits over the wall bracket and stabilises with a little alan key turn?

Hi there, This Orion Towel Ring does have a mounting plate that is screwed to the wall. The towel ring is then attached with a hex screw. This will need to be tightened to secure it to the bracket. We can't guarantee that this will fit on your existing wall fittings. All the best, Shaun
