The quality is amazing for the price and it looks perfect. The only downside is that the screw to hold it in place is very small and as a result it constantly comes loose and it no longer reliable as like today it has fallen off the wall.

Please could you tell me the distance between the centres of the two screw holes?

When installing does this use a bracket and then sits over the wall bracket and stabilises with a little alan key turn?

Hi there, This Orion Towel Ring does have a mounting plate that is screwed to the wall. The towel ring is then attached with a hex screw. This will need to be tightened to secure it to the bracket. We can't guarantee that this will fit on your existing wall fittings. All the best, Shaun
