This is the one where I would just retitle the product to make it more clear a pan isn't included while the image shows there is and a next to identical product did say in the title "no pan" to make this clear and was cheaper so it does catch buyers out and may lead to some complaints while fairly you do mention this in the small print. Product itself is lovely quality and the delivery was handled excellently.

Really pleased with this toilet unit. It has a lovely traditional look without feeling overly bulky, and it works really well alongside both the Chatsworth and Old London ranges we’ve used in the bathroom. The pan feels substantial and the unit gives a much neater finish by hiding the cistern away. It looks smart, feels well made and has helped bring the whole bathroom together.

The cabinet comes already assembled with both front panels and a lid that can be easily pulled off to enable fitting. The unit has a protector film on it that helps to protect the finish when fitting and peels off to reveal the high gloss finish. The only downside is that the flush mechanism interfered with the corner of the cistern, so I had to modify it accordingly (I might have got away with it if I had fitted the mechanism closer to the edge of the front panel; however, I am not sure it would have looked right).
