Design fault

Not sure how other reviewers have not mentioned this, perhaps I've just been unlucky, but the chrome cover for the brass wall fixing is too deep, i.e. after the chrome cap is screwed onto the wall fixing it does not go back to the wall far enough to leave sufficient thread for the shower arm to screw onto. I had to take the fixing bracket off again and put spacers behind it so that the chrome cover would screw on further, thereby exposing enough thread for the shower arm to screw onto.
