Designer Radiators
Our designer radiators give you more choice than the familiar white panel, without forgetting what a radiator is actually there to do. Keep things simple with a clean flat panel design or go further with bold finishes, curved shapes and mirrored radiators. From white and anthracite to black, brushed brass and brighter colours, there are plenty of ways to make the heating work with the room.
Tall vertical designs make up a big part of the range, making good use of narrower walls where a wide radiator would be harder to place. There are plenty of designer horizontal models too, along with single and double panel options in sizes ranging from compact to seriously tall. The shape can solve a space problem as well as give the room a different look.
A radiator can look great and still be wrong for the room if it doesn’t give out enough heat. Our designer radiators cover everything from lower outputs to models above 5000 BTU, so check what the room needs before choosing. Once the BTU and dimensions stack up, you can concentrate on the design, colour and finish you actually want.

FAQ's
Designer radiators give you more choice over the shape, size and finish of your heating, from vertical models to wider horizontal designs and mirrored options. The important bit is finding one that fits the available wall space and gives the room enough heat. Here's what to check before choosing.
What is a designer radiator?
A designer radiator does the same basic job as a standard convector radiator, but gives you more choice over how it looks and fits into the room. Designs can be tall, wide, flat, curved or mirrored, with colours ranging from white and anthracite to black, brass and brighter finishes. Most of our range can be connected to your central heating system, with designer electric radiators also available.
Are designer radiators any good?
Yes, as long as you choose one that gives the room enough heat. Being classed as a designer radiator is mainly about its shape and appearance; it doesn't automatically make it better or worse at heating a room.
Are designer radiators efficient?
A modern designer radiator isn't automatically more or less efficient because of its shape, colour or style. What matters is choosing a radiator that can provide enough heat for the room and using your heating sensibly. The quickest way to compare models is to check their rated BTU output rather than assuming a particular colour or a horizontal design will heat better.
What size designer radiator do I need?
Choose the size around both your available wall space and how much heat the room needs. Calculate the required BTU first, then look for a radiator that provides enough heat while fitting comfortably in the space. A taller modern radiator isn't necessarily more powerful than a wider one, so always check the individual product's heat output rather than judging by dimensions alone.
What finishes are available?
This is where designer radiators really come into their own; there's much more than white to choose from. Our designer radiators include anthracite, black, chrome, brass and other metallic finishes, alongside blue, green, red, yellow and selected neutral shades. You'll also find different materials, including aluminium radiators. That gives you the option to let the radiator blend in or make more of it.
Do I need new radiator valves for a designer radiator?
When investing in a striking designer radiator, it's also worth buying updated radiator valves. Our range includes both manual and thermostatic radiator valves, ensuring you find the perfect finishing touch for your newly acquired radiator.
