Guarantee: 5 Years (1 Year on serviceable parts, for example, internal components such as check valves and cartridges)

Gravity Fed Systems: If you live in an older property, there’s a good chance you have a low-pressure gravity-fed system. This shower valve requires a minimum pressure of 0.5 bar, therefore, we recommend installing a negative or universal pump (sold separately). Please note: Positive pumps will not work.

For the price the products look good but the delivery was shockingly bad. Little communication, didn’t turn up on allotted day. Didn’t turn up on second allotted slot and was late for third allotted slot

Shower
Its a nice shower. I do find it difficult to turn the hand shower off. If you turn it too much the overhead comes on which is always cold water. Happy besides that.

Nathan replied on 31st March 2021

Hello there, Thank you for your question. 38 degrees is a preset safety mark on the item. This can be exceeded manually. There is a push-button on the valve that will need to be pushed in before you exceed this. Kind Regards.
